Hydrocortisone aceponate is a pro-drug that is biotransformed in the epidermis to its active form hydrocortisone 17-propionate.
Treatment of inflammatory and pruritic dermatoses including acute otitis externa and acute exacerbations of recurrent otitis externa associated with bacteria and Malassezia.
