乳汁鬱積是乳汁在乳腺內滯留導致的非感染性乳腺炎。常見於假懷孕動物或突然斷奶時。乳腺因殘留乳汁充脹而腫脹、疼痛，但無細菌感染。若不處理可能繼發為感染性乳腺炎。
Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) is caused by mutated feline enteric coronavirus. Effusive (wet) and non-effusive (dry) forms occur. GS-441524 (and related antiviral nucleoside analogues) have shown remarkable efficacy. FeLV and FIV testing (SNAP combo) is recommended for all cats.
Core canine vaccines (CDV, CPV-2, CAV-2, rabies) are essential for prevention. Leptospirosis is an important zoonotic disease in dogs with outdoor exposure. Canine infectious respiratory disease complex (CIRDC) involves multiple pathogens including Bordetella, parainfluenza, and influenza virus.
