Feline herpesvirus keratitis is the most common cause of corneal ulceration in cats, presenting as dendritic or geographic ulcers. Famciclovir (90 mg/kg PO BID-TID) is the preferred systemic antiviral. Uveitis in cats should prompt testing for FIV, FeLV, FIP, toxoplasmosis, and systemic fungal infection.
Keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS/dry eye) is common in dogs, especially Cocker Spaniels, Bulldogs, and West Highland White Terriers. Schirmer tear test < 15 mm/min is diagnostic. Progressive retinal atrophy (PRA) is inherited in many breeds. Cataracts may be inherited or secondary to diabetes mellitus.
玻璃體出血為眼內出血，無法直接壓迫止血：評估血壓、凝血與血液學排除全身病因 → 眼科 B 超評估視網膜剝離/腫塊 → 限制活動、抬高頭部促沉澱 → 治療原發病因（高血壓、凝血病、葡萄膜炎、腫瘤、視網膜剝離）→ 不吸收或合併剝離轉眼科考慮玻璃體切除

監測頻率：青光眼 q4-6h（急性）；每次回診
