子宮軸向扭轉，導致血流阻斷及組織壞死。多見於懷孕末期母犬，罕見於貓。為急症，需緊急手術。
Early spaying (before first estrus) reduces mammary carcinoma risk by > 90% in cats. Feline mammary tumors are highly malignant; radical mastectomy with wide margins is recommended. Cryptorchidism is less common in cats than dogs but still warrants surgical intervention.
懷孕末期大型犬較常見
子宮扭轉為產科急症，需緊急手術矯正。穩定母體（輸液、止痛），評估胎兒存活（超音波心跳）。剖腹產 + 子宮復位或子宮卵巢切除。
建議：LRS 維持量 + 矯正脫水（pyometra/dystocia 常有脫水）
