Feline portosystemic shunts are typically single extrahepatic. Hepatic encephalopathy signs include ptyalism, obtundation, and seizures. Biliary cystadenoma and hepatocellular carcinoma are less common but important differential diagnoses for hepatic masses.

建議：含 Dextrose 的晶體液 (2.5-5% Dextrose)，避免 LRS（肝功能不全時乳酸代謝差）
