睪丸軸向扭轉導致血流阻斷及組織缺血壞死。多見於隱睪、睪丸腫瘤。為急症，需緊急手術切除。
Early spaying (before first estrus) reduces mammary carcinoma risk by > 90% in cats. Feline mammary tumors are highly malignant; radical mastectomy with wide margins is recommended. Cryptorchidism is less common in cats than dogs but still warrants surgical intervention.
隱睪、睪丸腫瘤患犬風險較高
睾丸扭轉為急症，需在 6 小時內手術以挽救睾丸功能。止痛（opioid），穩定患畜。緊急探查復位或睾丸切除。延遲治療將導致永久性缺血壞死。
建議：LRS 維持量 + 矯正脫水（pyometra/dystocia 常有脫水）
