兔眼內壓升高導致視神經損傷的眼科疾病。兔先天性青光眼（buphthalmos）可見於 New Zealand White 品種，後天性青光眼可因 E. cuniculi 晶體破裂或虹膜炎引起。
Phacoclastic uveitis from E. cuniculi lens granuloma is relatively common, presenting as white intralenticular mass. Dacryocystitis (tear duct obstruction) may be associated with dental disease due to anatomical proximity of the nasolacrimal duct to the upper incisor roots. Thymoma may cause bilateral exophthalmos.
